SHIPPING POLICY
- We ship orders worldwide from Monday to Friday each week, except on national holidays.
- If your order is placed before 12pm CST, we'll do our best to ship it the same day. Orders submitted after 12pm will be shipped on the next business day.
- Shipping costs and options can be viewed on the shopping cart page or during checkout. We will waive shipping fees for orders over $75.
- For orders exceeding $200.00, we will automatically apply a signature-required delivery method.
- In case your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to initiate the claims process and get your item replaced or refunded.
- If your order doesn't arrive within the expected shipping time or is marked as delivered, but you haven't received it, please contact us for an investigation.
- For any inquiries or to report damaged or lost items, please fill out our contact form.

REFUND POLICY
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We strive to provide accurate information based on widely available sources. However, in the event that you receive a product different from what you ordered due to inaccuracies, you are entitled to a refund. Please contact us for assistance.
- Buyers have 30 days from the date of order receipt to initiate a return.
- New, sealed, and intact items are eligible for a full refund.
- Opened, used, sale, clearance, and discounted items will incur a 20% restocking fee.
- Return refunds will be processed in 3 to 5 business days of receiving the return and will be credited back to the original payment method.
