Shipping policy

• We ship orders worldwide from Monday to Friday each week, except on national holidays.

• If your order is placed before 12pm CST, we'll do our best to ship it the same day. Orders submitted after 12pm will be shipped on the next business day.

• Shipping costs and options can be viewed on the shopping cart page or during checkout. We will waive shipping fees for orders over $75.

• For orders exceeding $200.00, we will automatically apply a signature-required delivery method.

• In case your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to initiate the claims process and get your item replaced or refunded.

• If your order doesn't arrive within the expected shipping time or is marked as delivered, but you haven't received it, please contact us for an investigation.
