SHIPPING POLICY
We ship orders worldwide from Monday to Friday each week, except on national holidays.
If your order is placed before 12pm CST, we'll do our best to ship it the same day. Orders submitted after 12pm will be shipped on the next business day.
Shipping costs and options can be viewed on the shopping cart page or during checkout. We will waive shipping fees for orders over $75.
For orders exceeding $200.00, we will automatically apply a signature-required delivery method.
In case your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to initiate the claims process and get your item replaced or refunded.
If your order doesn't arrive within the expected shipping time or is marked as delivered, but you haven't received it, please contact us for an investigation.

REFUND POLICY
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strive to provide accurate information based on widely available sources. However, in the event that you receive a product different from what you ordered due to inaccuracies, you are entitled to a refund. Please contact us for assistance.
Buyers have 30 days from the date of order receipt to initiate a return.
New, sealed, and intact items are eligible for a full refund.
Opened, used, sale, clearance, and discounted items will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Return refunds will be processed in 3 to 5 business days of receiving the return and will be credited back to the original payment method.
